Pale straw yellow with twinkling flashes of green. Balanced wine with aromas of tropical fruit, elegant elderflower and interesting, minerally whiffs. Full-bodied on the palate, well-integrated acidity, lingering, memorable aftertaste.

Very good with seafood, especially sushi, vegetable dishes, goat cheese.
