Unmistakable complexity with layers of tropical fruit, pineapple, green pepper and gooseberries. This vibrantly styled Sauvignon Blanc presents a vibrant lemon-lime colour, with a flinty thread underpinned by freshness. The wine develops green apple and kiwi fruit in the glass, with intriguing floral tones. The well-structured mid-palate is balanced by a nice acidity. The hero of this wine is undoubtedly the purity of the fruit from which it is made.

Ideal with goat cheese soufflé or freshly caught white fish with a dash of lemon, seafood, shellfish.
