Refreshing, minerally and clean wine with a note of citrus, papaya, pear honeysuckle, vanilla. Well balanced, complex and strong in the palate with a long lasting taste. Spontaneous fermentation in 500 liter French tanks at a low temperature. Left on the lees for 9 months.
Tastes very good with appetizers, spicy cheese, fish and poultry.
