Graham Beck - Brut Blanc de Blanc * 2017

Bright lime green color with rich aromas of fresh lime and ripe apricots on the nose. An exciting fine mousse with an explosion of tangerines on the palate. Great brioche and yeast complexity broadens the palate and leads to a long and elegant finish.

Excellent as an aperitif, with seafood, oysters.
