Jordan - Chameleon White * 2021

Light yellow colour, softly tasting of citrus fruits. Its chameleon-like character adapts to any drinking experience, from summer sipping to Alfresco dining. Showcasing the broad fruit spectrum found in the winelands, initial forward Cape green fig flavours follow through to a layered palate of ruby grapefruit and winter melon glacé.

Goes very well with grilled fish, light starters, seafood, spicy dishes, Asian dishes, curries, light summer dishes or just as an aperitif.
