Rijk's - Chenin Blanc Private Cellar * 2021

This wine has a wide range of fruity aromas along with some flint characters dictated by the terroir. These flavors continue on a rich creamy palate with great length. Excellent aging potential and versatility. Fermented 30% on natural yeast, aged for 11 months before bottling and blending. Can easily be stored for 10 years after vintage at a constant temperature between 14-17°C.

Ideal as an aperitif, with appetizers of all kinds, starters, white meat, curry dishes, fish, cheese.
