Bottle fermented sparkling wine. Complex, crisp and elegant.

The Rijk’s Brut has a vibrant green/yellow hue with a very fine persistent mousse. The nose shows lovely freshness of lemon zest and lightly toasted brioche. The palate is well balanced with a yeast complexity that broadens the palate, an elegant structure and fine mousse which imparts a gentle explosion of bubbles and leaves a long finish.

100% Chardonnay

Concentrated aromas of winter melon and quince on the nose with hints of golden delicious apple. The full-bodied, creamy palate is layered with flavours of peach and apricot. Well balanced and comes alive with fresh acidity with a long finish. Excellent ageing potential and superb versatility with a wide range of dishes completes this delicious wine. 

Goes perfectly to starters.

100% Chenin Blanc

Concentrated aromas of succulent nectarine, melon and quince on the nose with layers of citrus blossoms and butterscotch on the palate, which is rich and creamy. Balanced and comes alive with fresh acidity. Full bodied and has a long finish. Excellent ageing potential and superb versatility with a wide range of dishes completes this delicious wine. 

100% Chenin Blanc, 100% vegan

Very dark, dense garnet red, smells of ripe plums and cherries, very intensely spicy, wonderful mature notes, on the palate with very nice vanilla notes, superb balance, extremely rich and creamy, perfect tannins, gentle oak notes and an endless length. Simply superb !! The ideal gift for a wine connoisseur! Only 888 bottles are produced. 

Tastes very good with all meat dishes, risotto, game and spicy cheese. 

100% Pinotage

Special "Reserve" selection from 20 of the finest barrels, dark intense colour. Complex and multi-layered fruit spectrum from red fruit aromas to spicy elegance and a blackberry richness. Silky well integrated and elegant tannins show the perfect harmony and balance. Superb fine dining wine. 

Goes very well with all meat dishes, vension, risotto, tasty cheeses.

Pinotage, Syrah

Shows a strong yellow with greenish reflections, very powerful bouquet, ripe lemon taste with pleasant creamy oak notes. Full-bodied and very powerful on the palate, rich in aromas and very broad with slightly spicy nuances. The small share of Sémillon is positively noticeable in the body of the wine. A real good chardonnay and organic wine!

Ideal with starters, pasta, fish and white meat.

86% Chardonnay, 14% Semillon, 100% vegan

With strong, dense crimson, intense bouquet with ripe berry fruits and vanilla from the oak barrels. 

100% Shiraz, 100% vegan

A bright, intense light yellow with a slightly greenish reflex, the bouquet is very intense and varied, very finesse, wonderful balance of exotic fruits, a hint of wooden barrel and a beguilingly beautiful ripe aroma, on the palate a poem, attractive and at the same time noble, wonderfully long, still looks fresh and young. Chenin Blanc in perfection! Only 888 bottles are produced.

Rich and intense red colour. Vibrant nose of red fruit, brambleberry, ripe cherry and cranberry. These delicious aromas carry through onto a rich, creamy palate that is finished off with well balanced refined tannins. The well integrated oak lends subtle wood spices which compliments the fruit.
