Description
In the bouquet fruity, spicy components, which heralds an exciting drinking experience. There are notes of ripe apple, pear, aniseed and rosemary. The attack on the palate is dense and turns into a voluminous body. Aromas of quince, melon and apricot are complemented by delicate notes of almonds and acacia blossoms.
Goes well with antipasti, vitello tonnato, chicken pâté, piccata milanese, rabbit stew.
