Description
Ruby red colour with a balsamic, complex scent of berries and cherries, wood, a light clove and cinnamon spices. Intensely fruity taste with an excellent fresh, full-bodied balance and good tannins. Elegant, ang and persistent in the finish.
Goes very well with beef tartare, polenta, meat dishes, spicy cheese.
