PRODUCTION AREA: Treviso.
VINIFICATION: soft pressing of the grapes, separation from the skins and fermentation of the must at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 11.50% vol. - Sugar residue from 12 to 17 g / l.
Straw yellow with greenish reflections, fine and persistent perlage. Delicate scents of apples, exotic fruits and wisteria flowers. The taste is velvety and with good acidity.
Ideal as an aperitif, with cream cheese, Casatella from Treviso, fish croutons, soups and risotto with fish, white asparagus, cooked fish.
