Colvendrà - Spumante Rosato Extra Dry IGT

Tasting note:
Pink with violet reflections. Fine and persistent perlage, delicate fruity aroma of cherries and wild berries. Light structure, pleasantly cool.

Very good as an aperitif, in combination with vegetable soups, mussels, seafood, pasta and risotto with fish and vegetables.

100% Marzemino

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 11.2% vol.

PRODUCTION AREA: Refrontolo hills.

VINIFICATION: separation from the skins when the desired pink color has been achieved; alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature and with selected yeasts.
