Nice, medium straw yellow. Intense aromas of citrus fruits, banana and a hint of fennel and flint on the nose. Dry on the palate and a crisp acidity. Full-bodied with multi-layered herbal notes, biscuit and a long-lasting finish. A lively young white wine with a lot of tension and great drinking flow.
Goes very well with all kinds of starters and light dishes.
