Deep ruby red with ripe reflections. The bouquet also has some roasted notes from the barrique storage. Ripe peppers, also gently leathery, medium-bodied on the palate with an open, ripe blackberry aroma, very balanced and appealing. Delicately spicy on the finish with a certain sharpness of aroma. Shows itself as a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon with surprisingly mild tannins, almost soft on the finish. Brings a lot of drinking pleasure and joy.
