Quoin Rock - Namysto Shiraz/Cabernet * 2017

Shows a dark and dense purple. In the bouquet very berry with a slightly minty note, some cedar wood, ripe plums, also reminiscent of candied fruits. Gentle on the palate with a very aromatic note of black berries, medium-bodied with a nice balance and well-integrated acidity, long finish. Will mature nicely.

Excellent with pasta, meat, grilled meats, game, risotto, spicy cheeses or dark chocolate.

60% Shiraz, 29% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc
