Description
A blend of three different clones from different vineyards. A classic wine with layers of ripe blackcurrant and cassis fruit combined with a penetrating ripe tannin finish. Was in French 300 liter barrique, 40% new wood.
Ideal with meat, grilled meat, vension, risotto, tasty cheeses.
