Waverley Hills - Shiraz Organic * 2016

With strong, dense crimson, intense bouquet with soft peppe notes, ripe berry fruits and vanilla from the oak barrels. Fruity, fresh on the palate with gentle roasted notes and nuances of cedar. Very nicely balanced with a long aftertaste. A very nice Shiraz.

Very well with tasty, intense meat dishes, savory cheeses or dark chocolate.
