Mirco and Gloria Gottardi founded the Contrà Soarda winery on the family-owned property in 1999, thus turning their passion for wine into a profession. In 2015 the family launched the new Musso product line, which means donkey in the Veneto dialect.
Several donkeys live on the winery and help shape life and work on Contrà Soarda and make it unique. Every year they create a new cuvée and name the wine after one of their animals. Viticulture on Contrà Soarda is very natural. Today, the two children Marcello and Eleonora also work on the winery and provide new ideas and a breath of fresh air in the two-generation company.
