Paolo Lazzaroni - Sambuca 42°

Sambuca Lazzaroni is a strong and sweet liqueur, based on essential oils extracted through steam distillation of star anise seeds, with the addition of a concentrated solution of sugar and other natural flavors.

The original 1800 recipe bears the name of "Anisetta". Today Sambuca Lazzaroni is still produced faithfully following this formulation. Sweet and velvety liqueur, dense and oily, with intense and delicate aromas and alcohol content not less than 38% Alc. / Vol. Absolutely transparent and colorless. The contact with the palate is always soft.
