Description
About 40 minutes after decanting, this red wine is in top form. Deep ruby red , very complex with dark berries, fine spice, notes of cocoa. Heavy nuances of cedar wood, hints of blackcurrant and sour cherries. Convincing on the palate, compact, powerful, balanced. Pleasantly long finish. Aged for 18 months in 80% new and 20% second fill 225 liter French oak barrels. A red wine for special dishes, extraordinary occasions and moments.
30% Cabernet Franc, 22% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Merlot, 10% Malbec, 16% Petit Verdot
