Aromas of Cape gooseberry, citrus blossom and sweet grass abound. Partial fermentation in French oak barriques provides a delicately spicy and uncommon complexity. Acidity, so essential to Sauvignon Blanc’s appeal, exists in perfect harmony with ripe flavours of lime, fig and pear.
