Baglio di Pianetto - "Viafrancia" Riserva Bianco DOC * 2021

Straw yellow colour, wide, fruity with notes of ripe pineapple, prickly pear and guava; Spiced with hints of vanilla and white pepper, fresh herbs such as dill and thyme and light smoky notes that make the bouquet even more complex and elegant. Wine with great taste-olfactory softness, however supported by an interesting acid vein that gives a surprising freshness to the palate. Its structure and balance enhance the elegant organoleptic qualities typical of the variety.

Goes very well with white meats, fish, tuna and salmon au gratin.
