Complex and of fine quality, floral (pink, violet and lavender), fruity (black cherry, cherries, morello cherry) with spicy and toasted notes (walnut husk, sandalwood, leather, tobacco, cocoa), with vegetal notes of green pepper and tomato leaves. Full-bodied, warm, quite savory, intense and very persistent, elegant tannins. Orchestral wine that continually invites you to taste.
Very well with grilled red meats, aged cheeses.
