Jordan - Chardonnay Nine Yards * 2021

A modern yet classically defined Chardonnay with full flavours of clove flowers, butterscotch and lemon / lime oil with a complex mineral citrus taste. A rich mouthfull and subtly balanced toasty French oak integrate with the long, tropical peach and mango finish. Simply a first class Jordan Nine Yards Chardonnay.

Excellent to go with poached veal with béarnaise sauce, asparagus dishes, fish, butternut ravioli with mushroom sauce and truffle oil.
