Very dense, dark ruby red. Full-bodied, spicy bouquet with notes from storage in roasted barriques, herbs, vanilla, precious wood and ripe black berries. Good structure on the palate, perfect balance and elegance. Very nice tannic structure with full-bodied fullness, very persistent in the finish, shows a lot of body and character. A classic Cape blend of the highest quality. Some of the best from SA!

Excellent with meat, grilled meats, game, risotto, spicy cheeses or dark chocolate.
