Dark crimson in colour, very intense and ripe berry bouquet, fine oak barrel aromas with some vanilla, creamy on the palate, fresh and lively, appropriate acidity and perfect tannins right through to the very long-lasting finish.

Excellent with pasta, meat, grilled meats, game, risotto, spicy cheeses or dark chocolate.
