Pongràcz - Desiderius Brut * 2015

The South African Pongrácz Desiderius Sparkling MCC Brut is a wonderfully fine, elegant sparkling wine cuvée made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. Bright bright yellow with hints of green. Lively perlage. Fine fruit notes, almonds and freshly baked bread delight the senses.

Goes well with raw fish such as sashimi and oysters or as a solo with an aperitif.

70% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir
