Quoin Rock - Chardonnay * 2019

Strong yellow, in the bouquet with ripe citrus aromas and notes of sweet, exotic fruits, pleasant barrique aroma, very creamy on the palate due to long batonage (stirring up the yeast in the barrel). Complex and mineral, delicate vanilla, nice balance, delicate on the finish with an intensive, fine fruity aroma.

Excellent with aperitifs, crustaceans, seafood and fish
