San Martino - Prosecco DOC Treviso Millesimato Rosé Brut

The Pinot Nero Rosato comes from a careful selection of Pinot Nero grapes through a white vinifacation. Obtained by the Charmat method and the addition of selected yeasts, it gives a fresh and fragrant bouquet at the nose with hints of flowers and fresh fruits. Balanced aftertaste due to the particular structure of the grapes.

Best served with first courses, fish dishes and cheeses.
