Bright straw yellow colour with golden nuances. The nose is powerful, immediately expressing strong hints of yellow fruit, peach, pineapple, apricot, notes of ginger and turmeric. Complex bouquet of wildflowers, broom, acacia, linden. A dry, acidic, savory sip enters the mouth but at the same time full, enveloping, voluminous. Pleasant, pervasive, fruity, expansive tactile perception with great minerality. Well calibrated and long finish.
