Sparkling, ruby red colour. In the nose hints of cherries, blackberries, floral notes of violet and spices. Energetic, crisp, fine tannins, elegant expression of aging in wood. Soft, full-bodied wine. The weight and density of fruit is perceived in the mouth with a fascinating aftertaste of sweet spices and balsamic notes. A long-lived wine, with a pleasant drink that leaves a long and persistent finish.

Excellent in combination with red meats, especially if grilled, game, blue and aged cheeses.
