This 100 % Shiraz has elegant, black fruit with violets, cloves and spicy pepper on the bouquet. The palate shows clean ripe fruit, spicy oak and rich, dry tannins. The palate ends with a lingering fresh finish.

12 months in American (80%) and French barrique (20%) with 30% new wood.

This wine will complement most red meat dishes.
