Terre di Gratia - "Don Sasà" Nero d'Avola IGP * 2016

This grape grows on the widest vineyard of Terre di Gratia. There are more than 20 degrees of temperature range between night and day during summer, allowing the grapes to ripen perfectly. In the cellar the features of the variety are maintained: The ruby red colour, red fruits smell and tannic, full flavored taste.

Best served with "pasta alla norma" (pasta with tomato sauce, fried eggplant slices and basil).
