Mura Mura - Serragrilli Barbaresco DOCG * 2019

Guido Martinetti and Federico Grom, the founders of the Gelati multinational Grom, after selling their ice cream empire to Unilever, bought 30ha of land in the Barbaresco, 10ha of which are planted with vines. There they now produce high-quality Barbarescos from individual layers, which meet the highest standards: Structure, red fruits, muscularity. The Serragrilli cru consists of two slopes located behind Neive, in the direction of Castagnole Lanze. The small vineyard, with congruent sides, is exposed to the south on a clayey and compact loam soil, giving rise to a barbaresco whose tannins are muscular and deep.
